Order forms for Revenue Cloudfrom approved quote to active order

Tally Sign reads quote lines the way Revenue Cloud Advanced stores them: groups, ramp segments, billing frequencies and $0 bundle components. When the customer signs, it runs the standard quote-to-cash actions so nobody has to click through them.

Send from the quoteget an order back

The rep sends the order form from the quote. Signers come from the quote's contact. When the customer signs, the quote is Accepted, the signed PDF is filed and the order is created.

Signers come from the quote. Once signed, the quote is Accepted and the order is created.

Every line, the way you sell itramps, groups and billing frequencies

This is a real three-year ramp quote in the editor. Switch between the four table designs, group lines by ramp segment or billing frequency, and leave out $0 bundle components. The same settings apply to every quote the template is sent from. Amendment and renewal quotes keep each line's action, Add, Amend, Renew or Cancel, next to the product.

Ramp by year

Products down the side, Year 1, Year 2 and Year 3 across, with a total for each segment.

By billing

Annual subscriptions, monthly usage and one-time fees in their own boxes, each with its own subtotal.

Your own columns

Drag any quote line field onto the table header: product code, billing frequency, service dates or your custom fields.

Signed quote to contractwithout anyone clicking

Choose which steps run once everyone has signed. They use Revenue Cloud's own standard actions, in this order. Each result, including Salesforce's own message if a step fails, is logged on the envelope in Salesforce. Steps that worked never run twice, and a quote never gets a second order. Turn any step off if your team does it by hand.

Questions

Does it work with standard Salesforce Quotes, without Revenue Cloud?+

Yes. Standard quotes and their line items work the same way. The Revenue Cloud parts (ramp segments, selling models, order and asset actions) switch on when your org has them.

What about Salesforce CPQ?+

CPQ quotes and their lines work in the document, with the primary contact as the signer. The order and contract steps are for Revenue Cloud quotes; on CPQ, Tally Sign updates the quote's fields, files the signed PDF and notifies the rep.

Can customers ask for changes to the order form?+

Yes. They can ask a question, suggest an edit to the wording, or request a change to pricing, which they can't edit themselves. You see it on the quote in Salesforce. Accept an edit and a new version goes out for signature. For pricing, change the quote in Revenue Cloud and update the order form from it.

Can the order form go out on its own?+

Yes. Write a rule like “when a quote's Status becomes Approved, send the Order Form”. It runs as a record-triggered Flow in your org, so it fires however the Status changed. Test mode logs what it would have sent. It won't send a second one while one is out, and if a signer is missing it saves a draft and notifies the quote owner.

What happens if they decline?+

The rep gets an email with their reason, and the reason is on the envelope in Salesforce. Ready-made automations can also set the quote to Denied or create a follow-up task.

Does it handle more than one currency?+

Yes. Amounts show in the quote's currency, and the pricing table uses its currency and totals.

Pricing

$200

a month for every five users, with Salesforce

$20

a user a month, without a CRM

That is the whole price list. Every feature is on both plans, and nothing is metered. The Salesforce plan adds the Salesforce and Revenue Cloud integration.
