Standard objects and custom objects work the same way. These are examples; the list is whatever your org has.

Any field, through any lookupAccount › Owner › Full Name

This is a service agreement template on a custom object. Walk from the agreement to its account, then to the account's owner, and drag the owner's name into a sentence. Preview a real agreement and it's filled in.

Your own fields

Custom fields, picklists and lookups, from the object and every record it points to.

Formatted like Salesforce

Dates, currency in the record's currency, percents, checkboxes as Yes or No, and addresses on separate lines.

Checked before it goes out

The preview names every empty field. Fill it in on the record, or on the document before sending.

The record hears backwhen it's sent, signed or declined

Update any field on the record, or on a record it looks up. Picklists offer their values, dates can take the day it was signed, and text can take a link to the document or the reason it was declined.

This is the service agreement template from the demo above.

Who signs

Any contact or user lookup on the record, a related contact on the account with a role, the owner or the owner's manager, a specific person, or someone picked when sending.

Lines from a related list

Standard objects use their own line items. For anything else, pick the related list, then drag its fields onto the pricing table as columns.

Its latest PDF, attached

The newest PDF in the record's Files can go along as an exhibit, such as a site plan or a generated quote.

Flow and Agentforcefive actions in the Tally Sign category

The package adds invocable actions. Use them as an Action element in Flow Builder, or give them to an agent in Agentforce. They never fail the Flow: they return Succeeded and an error message, so the Flow decides what to do.

An agent that sends

Add Send for signature to an agent as an Apex action and tell it when to use it. Reps can then ask from any record whether it has been signed, or to send the agreement.

Send for signature: use when the user asks to send the service agreement for this record.
Always use mode "draft" unless the user clearly asks to send now.

Envelopes are Salesforce recordsreport on them like anything else

Every document sent from Salesforce is an Envelope record with its recipients and activity: status, progress, the object and record it came from, amount, who sent it, how it was sent and days to sign. Reports and a dashboard come with the package.

Questions

How do reps send from a custom object?+

Add the Tally Sign component to the object's record page, or as an action on it. Templates linked to that object are listed first, each recipient shows where it came from, and the rep sends from there. The package adds a Send with Tally Sign action to Account, Contract, Opportunity, Order and Quote for you.

Can a document go out when a custom record changes?+

Yes. Write a rule such as “when a Service Agreement's Status becomes Approved, send the Service Agreement”. Tally Sign deploys it to your org as a record-triggered Flow, and you can start it in test mode.

Which envelope fields link back to my custom record?+

Related Object holds the object's API name, with Related Record ID and Related Record Name. Account, Opportunity, Quote, Order and Contract also get lookups, filled from the record's own lookups.

Does it respect who can see the record?+

Yes. When someone uses Tally Sign from a Salesforce record, it checks with Salesforce that they can open that record first.

Is there a limit on objects or templates?+

No. Every object, template and automation is included in the same price.

Pricing

$200

a month for every five users, with Salesforce

$20

a user a month, without a CRM

That is the whole price list. Every feature is on both plans, and nothing is metered. The Salesforce plan adds the Salesforce and Revenue Cloud integration.

Customers never take a seat. In Salesforce, people who only look at status, signed documents and internal notes don't either.
